Sol Path Yoga: Sacred Pause
SACRED PAUSE: This is a gentle and nourishing class that gives you the opportunity to reflect and honor all you have done and all you have become over the past year. Take time to rejuvenate and savor these movements, practices and poses that restore body, mind and soul. You have the option for your own flow…or pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation near the end of class. A special poem is read during Shavasana (Relaxation) for you to reflect upon a new level of awakening. Enjoy! 🙂
