Sol Path Yoga: Sacred Pause
SACRED PAUSE: If you are needing some time to slow down, be gentle and feel grounded, then this is a perfect practice for you! You will be lovingly guided through gentle movements and poses that are all low to the ground. There are no standing poses in this practice unless you wish to add them during your moving meditation. You will have the opportunity to pause, reflect and feel what your body and heart need moment to moment, which is an essential practice off the mat as well. Enjoy! 🙂
