SACRED PAUSE: This is a soothing practice for the mind, body and soul. The centering includes a beautiful passage about what a Sacred Pause is and the power it holds for you. Extra care is taken at the beginning for releasing tension in the face, jaw, neck and eyes. Lots of hip and back release and gentle movements to increase synovial fluid in the joints. There is also a special standing energizing sequence to flush you with rejuvenating prana. Enjoy! 🙂
