SOL PATH YOGA: Truth
BALANCE: Ok…this is one of my favorite flows! This session begins with a centering that invites you to reflect on balance. You will then be guided through some gentle exercises to strengthen your core, followed by a beautiful seamless flow of movements and poses. If you are new to the balancing half moon pose, this is a wonderful class to explore and experience a few different variations of it. If you wish to feel more balanced in body, mind and spirit then this is the class for you. Enjoy! 🙂
