Sol Path Yoga: Self Understanding
SELF UNDERSTANDING: Welcome to a beautiful class that offers many ways and opportunities to reflect on cultivating compassionate self-awareness. You will begin with a centering and time to ease into your practice in your own way. Some exercises are offered that help to balance the body and the brain as well as the mind and the heart. You will love the gentleness of this flow, yet also feel empowered. A special poem entitled: Permission is read during relaxation. Enjoy! 🙂
