Sol Path Yoga: Self Understanding
SELF UNDERSTANDING: This beautiful flow begins with a lovely centering and then moves into standing techniques to infuse more prana through your body and your being. You will then be gently guided into a series of poses that will stretch and tone your body. Throughout the session you will be compassionately encouraged to check in with yourself and move in ways that you are called to move. You will also experience a special hand mudra, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and deep relaxation. While in relaxation, a sacred poem is read entitled, I Understand. You will leave your practice feeling relaxed, nourished, cared for and connected in mind, body and spirit. Enjoy!
