Sol Path Yoga: Peace
PEACE: WOW! This practice is an amazing experience. Imagine you are at the most relaxing spa. This is truly a practice about relaxation and connecting to divine flow and inner peace. After the opening centering, most of the guided practice is done on the back. It’s slow, gentle, reflective and includes face, head and neck massage. You will experience time for your own flow and optional pranayama (breathing techniques) that will help ease you into meditation or shavasana. There are some beautiful channeled messages for your reflection and integration. Enjoy! 🙂
