Sol Path Yoga: Love
LOVE: This is a super gentle class that gives you a lot of time for self-care and self-love! You will begin with a calming centering and then several self-care techniques such as abdominal massage and eye care exercises. You will have a lot of time to stretch, breathe and move gentle on your back. Then you will move into table and a few standing poses. You will also have the option to continue your own moving meditation, a longer Shavasana or pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Enjoy! 🙂
