Sol Path Yoga: Liberation
LETTING GO: From start to finish, this is a beautiful practice that will support the process of Letting Go. You will experience a soulful centering and lots of movements that incorporate rocking and/or circular motions. These movements help to release tension and nourish the joints, so you experience more freedom and liberation in body, mind and spirit. You will also have the opportunity to reflect and flow in your own moving meditation. There is calming guided Yoga Nidra during Shavasana. Enjoy! 🙂
