Sol Path Yoga: Liberation
LETTING GO: This is a beautiful class designed to support the process of release and creating more freedom and space in body, mind and spirit. You will be guided through a lovely centering and a series of posed and movements that are focused on releasing the hips and expanding the heart. You will have time for your own moving meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to enhance the power of the practice. There is a special, super sweet poem at the end. Enjoy! 🙂
