Sol Path Yoga: Letting Go
LETTING GO: This beautiful and unique class is designed to help you let go of old holding patterns of tension and old illusions about yourself. If you have a small amount of wall space, you can set the short end of your mat up against the wall. The use of the wall will provide a sense of support, self awareness, and it will facilitate the letting go process. However, all exercises and movements can also be done without a wall. You will enjoy an amazing supine series, a legs up the wall series, and a table series. A special reading is also shared during relaxations/shavasana. Enjoy! 🙂
