Sol Path Yoga: Letting Go

 

LETTING GO: This is a beautiful practice to support the processs of releasing and letting go in a gentle and natural way. You will first experience a welcoming centering that explains the monthly principle and how it connects to the prior principles. You will then be lovingly guided through a restorative pose, a floor series and a table series to release deeply held tension and to learn the difference between a neutral/closed and open hip poses. Then you will get to experience a balancing pose with a neutral/closed hip and one with an open hip. Before relaxation, you will have the opportunity to do a cleansing, releasing breathing technique and meditation. During relaxation/shavasana you will be read a lovely poem. Enjoy! 🙂
