Sol Path Yoga: Contentment
CONTENTMENT: WOW! This is an amazing and very specific class. It is slow, gentle and focused on releasing the hips and lower back. It is also effortless, grounded and stays low to the earth. There are no standing poses unless you add them during the free time. If you’ve been feeling overtaxed, stiff and bound in the hips and back…this is a perfect practice for you! You will also have time for contemplation and reflection as well as your own moving meditation. There are many moments to experience peace and contentment woven throughout the practice. Enjoy! 🙂
