Sol Path Yoga: Compassionate Awareness
COMPASSIONATE AWARENESS: Ahhhhhh! This is a perfect practice is you’re wanted something gentle and grounded…literally close to the ground. You will be guided through a special centering and given the opportunity to begin with your own intuitive movements. You will then experience a beautiful series of stretches and movements lying down to release hips and back. The following series is in table with the invitation to add on or explore however you wish. You will then have the option to continue on your own or be lead through pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation with a delicious Shavasana at the end. So this is perfect if you’re wanting a little more time today with breath, meditation and relaxation! Enjoy! 🙂
