Sol Path Yoga: Compassionate Awareness
COMPASSIONATE AWARENESS: Ahhhhhhhhhhh! This special class will guide you through a heart opening centering and a beautiful series of postures to promote body, mind and spirit wellbeing. With a gentle focus on honoring the self, you will have the choice of three breathing options throughout the session. You will also experience a lovely moving meditation to help your heart feel safe, so it can open in its own timing and in its own way. A lovely Hafiz poem is shared at the end of a blissful Shavasana. Enjoy! 🙂
