BALANCE: Welcome to a deliciously, balancing and nourishing Sol Path Yoga class. You will be guided through a calming centering that allows you to reflect upon balance. Next you will experience a floor series that includes some wonderful self-care techniques as well as poses and movements to care for your back, hips, chest and shoulders. You will also enjoy the six movements of the spine, some energization exercises to flush your system with life-giving prana, as well as a beautiful standing flow. Shavasana includes a contraction/release method of relaxation and glorious quiet time. You will leave this practice feeling amazing and back in balance! Enjoy! 🙂
