Sol Path Yoga: Balance
BALANCE: This is a wonderful class that shares a bit about the Chakra system and how it can help you experience more balance. You will first be guided through a centering that touches upon each Chakra. Then you will experience an amazing floor series that is like magic for your hips and back. In addition, there is a lovely table series and standing series that work together to help you release tension and misalignment so hat you can experience more harmony and balance.
