Sol Path Yoga: Balance
BALANCE: Wow! This is a beautiful, gentle yet empowering practice to cultivate inner and outer balance. You will be guided through a beautiful centering and gentle poses and movements to create grace and ease in your body. There is special emphasis on the importance of the breath and it’s ability to teach us balance. A special seated series will help to open space within you so you can breath more fully and deeply. You will then experience some energization exercises and a few more empowering poses before coming into your own moving meditation and Shavasana. A sacred poem is read while you rest and rejuvenate.
