Sol Path Yoga: Balance

 

BALANCE: This is a special class focused on rejuvenating the back, spine and hips, while also opening the heart. Your practice will remain close to the ground, as there are no standing poses in this session. So it’s perfect for when you want to feel extra nourished, grounded, stable and not use much effort. You will begin by being guided through a lovely centering. Then you will experience one of the most delicious supine series for nurturing your back, spine and hips! Most of the session takes place in this supine series. Afterward, you will be guided into a delightful sitting series and a table series, during which, you will have time to reflect on balance.
