Sol Path Yoga: Balance
BALANCE: If you’ve been feeling depleted and overwhelmed, this is the practice for you! You will begin with an insightful centering that focuses on the balance already inherent within the breath. This is a very gently guided practice with a lot of opportunity for self-care and deep reflection. The entire practice is done close to the earth to instill a sense of calm, safety and peace. However, there is the opportunity for your own moving meditation if you feel you need to add more poses and movement to your practice. You will also have the option for Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Enjoy! 🙂
