Sol Path Yoga: Purity
PURITY: Take a deep breath…it’s time to focus on YOU! This is a lovely, reflective practice to help you feel lighter and brighter. You will experience a comforting centering and gentle warm ups with time for reflection. The posture flow will get the blood and prana moving but is still gentle and does not require any over effort. Included are some cleansing self care techniques and a Thai Chi exercise that is excellent for releasing what no longer serves you. Enjoy! 🙂
