Sol Path Yoga: Inner Fire
INNER FIRE: This is a beautiful practice to support you in melting away distractions and old holding patterns of tension and limitation. You will be guided through a special centering, movements and poses that encourage more light, love and grace to flow to you and through you. The practice of Tapas (expanding your inner light) will help you to experience more clarity, simplicity, focus, peace, love and joy. In addition, a sacred poem is read during Shavasana. Enjoy! 🙂
