Sol Path Yoga: Self Understanding
SELF UNDERSTANDING: This is a lovely practice for cultivating self awareness and self compassion. The centering includes a poignant poem entitled: Love After Love by Derek Walcott. You will experience movements and poses to release tension and optimize your posture. This will allow you to experience a feeling of being able to stand tall and honor your truth and yourself. You will also learn two powerful breathing/movement exercises named The Circle of Joy and The Breath of Joy! ENJOY! 🙂
