LOVE: This is a special class the focuses on pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. You will begin with a lovely centering, some gentle movement and then you will have a generous amount of time for several different breathing techniques and guided meditation. So if you’ve been wanting more time for this part of your practice, you will LOVE this class! Enjoy! 🙂
