Sol Path Yoga: Balance
BALANCE: Let’s ebb and flow with the balance of life instead of struggle against it. This is a beautiful class that supports you in tapping into the balance of your breath, your body and your life. There is particular focus on the wrists and shoulders, but also wonderful hip and back opening too. You’ll enjoy a supine floor series, a sitting series, a table series, a standing series and a basic Sun Salutation series. Deep relaxation will help to integrate all aspects of your amazing practice.
