As group members feel nurtured and supported, they freely participate in a variety of individual and cooperative instructional activities that enhance personal awareness, understanding of new ideas, and the joy of discovery. From this place, individuals are invited to use their insights to decide on heart-centered goals. He uses Yoga practices such as Kripalu, Anusara and Sol Path Yoga to stay centered. He is a certified Level II Reiki practitioner and a trained facilitator in Voice Dialogue, a process that provides insight into the parts of us that prevent the realization of our true potential. Once understood, we are empowered to live the life we desire. Richard began his training at The New York Voice Dialogue Institute with Dr. Dassie Hoffman and Bridgit Dengel Gaspard. He then was invited to a weeklong intensive with the founders of Voice Dialogue, Drs. Sidra and Hal Stone.
